St. Paul Intensives Housing Information - July 2008
Housing for Doctor of Ministry students is available on campus at Lissner Hall which is located directly in front of the Seminary’s main entrance. Housing is available July 6 – July 26, 2008.
All students must check out of Lissner Hall by 9 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008.
Limited parking is available behind the dorm building.
- 48 air-conditioned* suites on four levels
- an elevator & several attractive lounge spaces
- kitchen available on 1st and 3rd floor
- three bedrooms, three phones & six beds per suite
- up to three students may be assigned per suite
- divided bathroom design; two shower stalls & dual sinks
- laundry cards available for purchase
ROOM RATES are charged to student account
- $10 one-time linen fee

* Due to the Bethel’s arrangement with Northern States Power, there is the possibility during the peak energy demand this building will be subject to energy load shed primarily during business hours. This means that the available electrical power is diverted from our housing areas to the administrative buildings during the workday.
