Doctor of Ministry Program Registration Form

2008 Summer Intensives

The following is a list of important registration information:

  • Syllabi for all courses will be posted after March 1, 2008
  • Online registration for all July courses will open on April 1, 2008
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS May 1, 2008
  • There will be a late fee of $25 assessed on registrations after May 1, 2008
  • Registrations changed after submission of form will be assessed a $10 fee
  • Attendance is mandatory in all sessions per course
  • Audit status is available to current D.Min. students who have achieved candidacy status (concentration courses only) or D.Min. graduates.
  • Maximum number for all courses is 15. The exception is the Thesis Proposal Workshop which is a maximum registration of 10 students.
  • Students will order books online at barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com, or however they wish
  • There are three registration forms: one for Church Leadership Track and Congregation and Family Care Track. Please use the correct form per your track. We encourage you to take the Core Course in the Track you have chosen.

Disclaimer: Bethel reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment. Bethel is not responsible for booked flights and transportation expenses incurred by students; please keep this in mind if you are booking flights prior to the closing of registration on May 1, 2008. Receipt of confirmation of registration from the Office of the Registrar is confirming only that you are registered, not whether the course will run. On May 1, we look at the enrollment and determine if any courses do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. You will be notified if a course cancels soon after registration closes on May 1, 2008.

Online Registration Instructions:

  • Select the registration form for your chosen track: Church Leadership or Congregation and Family Care.
  • Click on the check box next to the course(s) for which you are registering
  •  (after April 1).
  • To view syllabi, click on the course name.
  • You will need to print the syllabus immediately to give you the pre-course assignments including reading lists.
  • Last, you need to scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the submit button.
  • You will receive confirmation of receipt of registration form from the registrar’s office; there may be a day or two delay.
