In the Master of Arts (Theological Studies) at Bethel Seminary San Diego, we prepare graduates to serve from an informed foundation in the Christian faith within a number of vocations and ministry contexts.

Students leave our program ready to:

• Serve in world missions when their main focus is in an area such as medicine, education, agriculture or mechanics
• Work in parachurch organizations and Christian social agencies
• Teach religion in an academic or other graduate setting
• Pursue further graduate work
• Lead in their local churches through lay leadership positions

The degree also provides excellent preparation for those who plan to complete a Ph.D. in a classical theological discipline.
