Our Faculty
Students in this program take courses taught by our residential faculty who are respected experts in their fields. In addition to doctorate degrees from world class institutions, many of our faculty members are also able to bring real world ministry experience into the classroom. Our teaching faculty is complimented with adjunct instructors who have practical experience and specialized education.

Experience: Cionca has served as youth pastor, minister of education, and senior pastor. He has ministered in many churches as an interim pastor and seminar leader, and he serves the larger Christian community as a ministry advisor and transitions coach. Cionca has contributed to many publications and published multiple works, his most recent book being Before you Move: A Guide to Making Transitions in Ministry, 3rd edition.
