Housing at Seminary St. Paul
Join our residential community and live near your peers through seminary housing at our St. Paul campus. Our student housing leaders plan frequent events to build community and to give students and families a chance to connect. We also make sure our rent is comparable to rates at other similar apartment complexes in the area.
Housing Options
We offer housing for students at convenient locations right on-campus or just a short drive away.
- Seminary Village. Sem Village is our on-campus housing community for students located just a short walk away from the main academic buildings. Housing is available for individual students and students with families. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. We also have our Bethel Child Development Center right on site.
- Fountain Terrace. Our Fountain Terrace building provides 2-bedroom apartments located 1.5 miles off campus. The apartments offer housing for individual students and students with families. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on each floor.
Rental Rates
The cost of rent at Seminary Village includes all utilities (heat, water, phone, basic cable television, internet, garbage removal, and parking). Electricity is included with utilities in the rental rate at Fountain Terrace only. Residents who share an apartment in Seminary Village are expected to share the cost of electricity.
