Favorite things about Bethel Seminary:
I love the cultural diversity and varied backgrounds in both the staff and student body. It provides a rich pool from which we can learn from one another and be the body of Christ together. As a student, I experienced deep and personal relationships with other students in my cohort. Those relationships provided not only a basis for learning from one another, but also a sincere form of community that is truly hard to find. Bethel is a place to learn and grow.
My favorite Twin Cities/Minnesota sites:
I love to go camping with my family up in the Brainerd Lakes area. My wife and kids love to fish, so my favorite place is in a boat with a fishing rod in my hands. I'm also a huge sports fan, so you can often find me at a Twins or Vikings game rooting on my teams!
Before working at Bethel:
I've been in vocational ministry since 1999, and in 2009 I had to privilege of being the lead pastor for a church plant near my home in Andover, MN. I'm also married and a father of two awesome kids.
