Families and Technology: Withstanding New Temptations

Presenter: Rick Anderson

Rick Anderson is a 25 year veteran (retired) of the St. Paul Police Department. He was the commander of the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (MICAC), based within the St. Paul Police Department. The ICAC task force is part of a national program that investigates crimes against children, funded by the Department of Justice. 

He continues his service to the ICAC mission as a consultant for Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisc., as a training coordinator for the ICAC Undercover Course. He also serves as a team leader for the ICAC program’s internal assessment program.
