Presenter: Jacqueline Skog

Jacqueline Skog is a counselor and teacher at The Center for Christian Psychological Services and North Heights Lutheran Church Counseling Clinic. The focus of her teaching and counseling is to help individuals and couples find emotional healing and spiritual growth during treatment for the hurt and pain that is the source of anger, rage, violence and all abusive behaviors.

As the author and facilitator of Peace and Safety in Your Heart and Home, a domestic violence treatment and prevention program, she conducts 12-week group sessions with a goal to help participants identify and heal painful emotions with compassion and self awareness.

Jacqueline has a B.S. in psychology from Northwestern College, Roseville, Minn., and an M.A. in counseling and psychological services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has been married to Glen Skog for 39 years and they have three sons and three grandchildren. They reside in Spring Lake Park, Minn.
