Each type of loan for seminary students has its own process for borrowing funds. As you prepare to take out loans, we encourage you to borrow only what you need and only what you can repay. 

Direct Unsubsidized Loans

If your award says you’re eligible to borrow a Direct Unsubsidized Loan, learn about how to apply and complete the process.

PLUS Loan

If you need to borrow more than the maximum subsidized and unsubsidized loan amount, contact our office to determine your PLUS Loan eligibility.
