Direct Export from ProQuest to RefWorks

1. Log into RefWorks in a separate Internet browser window and keep it open during process.

2. Perform a search in one of the ProQuest databases and mark the references you want to export.

3. Select the Marked items link.

4. From the Marked List click Export citations into EndNote, ProCite, RefWorks, or Reference Manager.

5. To do a direct export, select Export directly to RefWorks.

6. The export will open RefWorks if it is not already open and automatically import the references.

7. Your records should appear in the Last Imported Folder in RefWorks.
