Interlibrary Loan Lending

Requesting Materials

Bethel Seminary Library will accept requests via OCLC, ILLiad, or our Online Interlibrary Loan Request Form. If you have not used the online form before, you will need to set up your account. We no longer accept requests via email, fax, telephone, mail, or Ariel.

Material Available for Interlibrary Loan

We will generally lend circulating items from our collection.

We will not lend the following items:

Videos or DVDs
Sound recordings
Bound periodicals
Entire issues of periodicals
Items from our special collections
Items from the Baptist General Conference History Center. To access these materials, please contact the History Center directly.

We will make photocopies from items in our collection in accordance with the requirements of copyright law.

Shipping

Within the United States

Loans are sent USPS Library Rate unless otherwise requested.

Photocopies will be sent via Ariel, Odyssey, U.S. Mail, or fax.

Outside the United States

Loans are sent via Priority Mail International.

Photocopies will be sent via Ariel, Odyssey, or Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.
