Bethel Seminary San Diego Copyright Policy

U.S. copyright law prohibits the duplication of any copyrighted materials for classroom use without proper notice of copyright or documented proof of correct permission procedures. Bethel University wishes to comply with all aspects of that law. The caretaker of these procedures at Bethel Seminary San Diego, whose responsibility it is to remain current on all copyright laws, has been currently assigned to Mitchell Campbell, Administrative Assistant.

Any photocopies placed on reserve at Bethel Seminary Library San Diego must be cleared for copyright permission by Mitchell Campbell before being placed on reserve. This includes photocopies of material owned by the seminary library.
