U.S. copyright law prohibits the duplication of any copyrighted materials for classroom use without proper notice of copyright or documented proof of correct permission procedures. Bethel University wishes to comply with all aspects of that law. The caretaker of these procedures at Bethel Seminary St. Paul, whose responsibility it is to remain current on all copyright laws, has been currently assigned to the Coordinator of Faculty Secretary Services, Gloria Metz.

Any photocopies placed on reserve at Bethel Seminary Library St. Paul must be cleared for copyright permission by Gloria Metz before being placed on reserve. This includes photocopies of material owned by the seminary library
