Summer Housing - St. Paul Intensives

Housing for Doctor of Ministry students is available on our St. Paul Seminary campus at Lissner Hall located directly in front of the main entrance of Bethel Seminary.

Checking In and Out

Students cannot check in to Lissner Hall until 9 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2011.
Students must check out of Lissner Hall by 9 a.m. Sunday July 24, 2011.
*Housing instructions will be sent via email to students by the Conference Services Office.

Amenities and Rates

Limited parking is available behind the dorm building.

48 air-conditioned* suites on four levels
an elevator & several attractive lounge spaces
kitchen available on 1st and 3rd floor
three bedrooms, three phones & six beds per suite
up to three students may be assigned per suite
divided bathroom design; two shower stalls & dual sinks
laundry cards available for purchase

Room rates are charged to student account:

$10 one-time linen fee
$22 +tax per person/per night

*Due to the Bethel’s arrangement with Northern States Power, there is the possibility during the peak energy demand this building will be subject to energy load shed primarily during business hours. This means that the available electrical power is diverted from our housing areas to the administrative buildings during the workday.
