Course Registration Form - Self-Directed Program
Students enrolled in Cohort-Based programs are automatically registered for courses. Students in the Self-Directed program must register online for courses.
Self-Directed Students: Read these quick instructions and then fill out the form below to register for upcoming courses.
- Fill out your contact information.
- Find your chosen track: Church Leadership or Congregation and Family Care.
- Click on the check box next to the course(s) for which you are registering.
- Print the syllabus to give you the pre-course assignments including reading lists, which are to be completed before arriving for the intensive. To view syllabi, click on the course name.
- Scroll to the bottom of the form and click on the submit button.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of registration form from the Doctor of Ministry office; there may be a day or two delay.
