Job Description: The Chinese Bible Church of San Diego invites applicants for a full-time Children's Pastor to serve a children's department of over 150 children from the Mandarin, Cantonese and English-speaking congregations.
Candidate Description:
- A seminary degree with either 2+ years full time ministry experience as a children's pastor or 5+ years in a leadership role in children's ministry is required.
- We are seeking a Godly, caring individual with a loving shepherd's heart for children, coworkers, parents and a vision for discipleship, evangelism and missions.
- Good communication and organization skills a must.
- It is required that the candidate be fluent in English; ability to speak or understand Mandarin or Cantonese would be a plus.
