Church: Rancho Bernardo Baptist Church, 11616 Duenda Road, San Diego, CA 92127 Position: Children's Ministry Intern Job Description: This is a volunteer position for Bethel Seminary Students looking for possible opportunities to fulfill their TL 551 requirements. We are looking for a flexible, creative, and enthusiastic individual to be a summer children's ministry intern. Their responsibilities would be to lead our summer children's ministry team (SCMT, made up of mostly high schoolers). SCMT teaches Sunday school, works our two one-week day camps, and leads our park days. The intern will be responsible to lead the entire SCMT program. This includes planning and implementation of activities, and contributing to the spiritual growth of the SCMT members. Candidate Description: Someone young at heart, enthusiastic, has a passion for children's ministry, and loves to see children make decisions for Christ. Good organizational skills, ability to work well with high schoolers, and a positive can do attitude are all necessary to be successful in this position.
