Church: First Chinese Southern Baptist Church of San Diego Position: Senior Pastor Job Description: First Chinese Southern Baptist Church of San Diego (FCSBCSD) is seeking a senior Pastor with a calling to shepherd, nurture, and spread the gospel to our neighbors in San Diego. We pray that God will provide a shepherd to lead this budding group to further his kingdom. The Senior Pastor will be responsible for preaching, discipleship training, prayer meetings, communion, baptism, mobilizing and encouraging the brothers and sisters within the church in executing God's mission. Candidate Description: FCSBCSD is comprised of young adults and families who love our Lord Jesus and love to worship Him. The potential candidate will be fluent in English and well versed in Mandarin and/or Cantonese with a master degree in divinity and theological beliefs from a Southern Baptist background. The candidate will have a calling to reach out to the Chinese young professions in San Diego and will bring excitement and enthusiasm to this mission.
