Positions: PT Praise Team Singer AND/OR PT Musician

Job and Candidate Descriptions:
Praise Singer:
- Vocal skills (quality, blending, versatility)
- Learn music at home independently
- Have a mindset of flexibility, sensitivity, sincerity, creativity, and teamwork
- Attend every rehearsal: weekly on Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.and church service weekly from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Perform at special events as discussed by the group
The person to fill this position (or these positions) will be someone who loves the Lord with all of his or her heart. He or she must enjoy singing and glorifying God in song! This is a new church plant so if you would like more hours we have more positions!
Musician:
- The church pianist has part-time responsibilities for playing each Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and at Sunday service from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., providing accompaniment for the praise team and other musicians participating in worship band.
The church pianist will work positively as a part of the staff team to provide worship experiences in music.

Job Description: We seek the Lord's leading to hire a music and worship pastor who will lead in our Classic Worship Services and oversee the leadership of the children's choir, the contemporary services and the modern services. This will involve building a vibrant choir and orchestra, developing biblically sound worship services, creating vocal and instrumental ensembles, overseeing all music related celebration arts and shaping our music ministry in the church and to the community.
Candidate Description: Candidates for this position must possess:
- several years' experience in both pastoral ministry and musical worship leadership
- demonstrated vocal and arranging abilities
- a committed prayer and devotional life
- strong interpersonal and large group communication skills
- a passion for God
- an ability to lead effectively by building teams and mobilizing people
