• Work with Junior High and High School students grades 6-12, by preparing and leading meaningful Sunday morning worship and bible studies for youth; coordinate curriculum and studies, activities, outreach, and outings that teach Biblical principles applicable to the lives and dealings of today's teens.
• Help plan and implement special events, camps, and mission trips and work with Director of Family Ministries to develop cohesive and Christ-centered youth programs.

• Communicates with parents to keep them informed about the direction of the youth program and goals.
• Attends worship service and monthly staff meetings with Senior and Worship Pastors for mentoring, prayer, leadership development, and assessment.

• Responsible for all programs affecting all aspects of Middle School and High School, including but not limited to: discipleship training (Small Groups), Sunday morning teaching (REMIX), weekend and midweek meetings (FUSE), outreach, service and mission projects, camps and retreats and special events.
