Organization: Princeton Theological Seminary, 64 Mercer Street, Princeton, NJ 08540 Position: Project Coordinator in Institute for Youth Ministry Job Description: Princeton Theological Seminary is seeking a professional to oversee and implement the new Lilly Endowment funded Connections Project: Strengthening Youth Ministries through Mentoring and Cohort Groups. The successful candidate will develop and study mentoring relationships, cohort groups, and local peer networks for youth leaders, using the programs of the Institute for Youth Ministry as a platform. This four-year project will run from July 2009 through June of 2013 and includes the development of resources for congregational youth leader development. Candidate Description: Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 5 years experience in youth ministry, an advanced degree (MDiv preferred), and excellent teaching and writing skills. Familiarity with IYM programs and networks is preferred. Excellent organization, administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Our ministry focuses on cultural exchange opportunities for both Koreans and Americans. Currently we are seeking School Missionaries to teach English at a public or private school throughout South Korea. Missionaries teach for at least one year after which they may opt to stay longer and continue their missionary work in Korea which may or may not include English teaching.
