We Believe in Bible Based, Christ Centered and Holy Spirit inspired Gospel. In our process of growth, we are prayerfully seeking to host missionaries, pastors, evangelists or any other servant of God with a call for ministry to come and join us as we harvest, teach, train, and commission souls in Kenya. This we are doing through organized Conferences, Crusades, Training School seminars, house to house evangelism and through networking with other churches/ministries. We therefore welcome anyone with such a burden or other that contributes to gospel furtherance to contact us. Together we shall succeed in our Father's business. Candidate Description: The candidate must be called of God to serve, Spirit Filled, Full of Faith, leading a Holy life, alcohol free, ready to serve in Africa with other ministers of the gospel. Organization: The Rightnow Campaign, 3304 Essex Dr, Richardson, TX, 75082 Position: Director of Mobilization Job Description: The Director of Mobilization leads all mobilization efforts of The Rightnow Campaign by overseeing the mission coach follow-up process of approximately 4,000 people annually connecting candidates strategically to opportunities through 75 mission organization partnerships. These leads come from Rightnow.org, Rightnow events and from other mobilization sources. Specific responsibilities include: Growth and Performance of Follow-Up Team, Manage Follow-Up Process, Build and Manage Relationships with Mission Organizations, Strategic Coaching, and Event Leadership. In one sentence: The Director of Mobilization manages all mobilization efforts at the core of the Rightnow Campaign so that the ministry can perform efficiently and with excellence. Candidate Description: The candidate for this position must have a mature commitment and expression of faith in Jesus Christ. Three or more years experience in mobilization, recruitment, admissions or other applicable field of staffing/human resources. A personal commitment to the Great Commission and expression of this commitment either through the local church, long or short-term mission projects. Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute a large number of projects and tasks simultaneously. Proven leadership skills from a mid-management level. Superior administrative ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2000. Superior relationship skills including the ability to juggle multiple candidates simultaneously while developing appropriate mentoring relationships through an online database. A passion to see 20 and 30 somethings unleashed in their skills and calling for the glory of God. An ability to view the grand scale of missions in multiple regions and skillsets without a particular bias towards any one organization, skillset, region or focus group.
