Job Description:

• Join a dynamic team of youth ministers reaching out to teens through summer adventure-based ministry! We are looking for people who love God, have a heart for ministering to youth, and are passionate about the outdoors! You'll work as a part of the YD Adventures team and be a part of the larger team of 75 full-time and summer missionaries reaching out to teens across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
• Most summer staff are cross-trained in guiding whitewater rivers, rock climbing, backpacking, ropes course facilitation, and for ministry to junior and senior high school youth. The Northwest offers incredible opportunities to share Christ in the midst of Creation. Evangelism, encouraging spiritual growth and building community are at the heart of our ministry.
• Our summer ministry season is from late May-Aug, working well with university schedules. We hope to have summer staff hired as soon as possible.
