Position: Tween Worship and Fellowship Coordinator

Job Description:
To design, implement, and oversee a Sunday worship program, and form
a fellowship group that will help the "Tweens" (5th to 8th graders)
grow in their love for Jesus and their desire to live for Him. This position is full-time.
Candidate Description:
- A heart to love the kids for Christ and build them up in Christ.
- Faithful, responsible, available, teachable, and cooperative.
- Able
to lead worship and praise, and give sermons to the tweens (playing an
instrument such as a guitar or piano is not required, but beneficial).
- Effective leadership and team work abilities.
- Passion for seeing tweens comes to know Jesus, worship Him, and grow in Him.
- Good interaction and motivational skills with tweens and their parents.
- Willing and interested to serve in a cross-cultural context (Chinese language skill NOT necessary).

Position: Contemporary Worship Leader Part-Time

Job Description: We are looking for an individual who first and foremost displays an authentic desire to love and serve God and people. This person must be passionate about leading others into a dynamic worship experience. He/she will see worship as ministry to the Lord, not performance in front of people. We define "contemporary" worship in terms of instrumentation, not just song selection. We are looking for a leader skilled enough to create a variety of worship styles, including electric guitar driven, piano/strings led, or even an unplugged acoustic sound with some percussion.

Job Description: We are looking for an individual who is firmly grounded in faith in Jesus Christ and is experienced at organizing, developing and leading a God-honoring traditional worship service on a weekly basis. The traditional service currently consists of approximately 200 attenders. The worship leader for this service will integrate both hymns and worship choruses into the song mix. Experience in worship leadership as well as excellent vocal and instrumental skills are required.
