Position: Biblical Counselor

Job Description: We are looking for a individual or couple that have a passion in helping people through biblical counseling practices.

• Our vision is to establish a Christian Counseling center that is well accepted in the community.
• We are looking for someone who has entrepreneurial spirit in establishing a Community based Christian Counseling Center. This person must be willing to begin by working Bi-Vocationally until the Center is able to be self-supportive.
• Our community is in a Micro-environment, with 4% unemployment, low housing cost and low cost of living. The community is very diverse with demographic of 45% multi-ethnic population.
• We are purposely planting a Multi-Ethnic conservative Evangelical Church. Our Church body is young singles and couples of Asian, African, Hispanic and White Ethnic backgrounds.  

Candidate Description:

• We are seeking a person or couple whose heart is broken by the many people who are struggling with various issues that keep them from being successful.
• We seek a person or couple who will look to Bible and seek to help guide the clients to Bible to help them find freedom from the challenges they face with various issues of life; the struggles in relationships, issues of addiction, issues of abuse, and or traumatic events that have impacted them.
• The person must be a self starter and a visionary.

Job Description: Do you have a passion in helping people learn English and assimilate into the US Culture? We are looking for an individual or couple gifted in teaching and a heart for internationals.

• This person should have a competency in teaching, some understanding and/or a base of education in ESL/TESL/ELL. If the person does not have a base of education in ESL/TESL/ELL then they would be willing to develop their skills in this area of competency.
