Job Description: Christian Community Church, an interdenominational evangelical Christian fellowship located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, is seeking an experienced, ordained minister to serve as Senior Pastor to its multicultural, bilingual congregation. Primary responsibilities include: the preaching and teaching of God's Word in both English and Spanish; encouraging the continued spiritual growth and development of church members, visitors, and staff; developing visitation and prayer programs for church members and visitors, especially those who are sick, in need, or inactive; providing sound, biblical counseling; actively guiding and spiritually overseeing the ministries of the church; supervising the pastoral staff; and collaborating with Elders, Deacons, committees, pastoral and support staff, and lay leaders to ensure a coordinated ministry. 
Candidate Description: Candidate must be a "servant" of true Christian experience and established character as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9. This person must be a strong spiritual and organizational leader; a good communicator, fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written); Biblically knowledgeable and highly educated(Master of Divinity, preferred); creative; adaptable; dynamic and sensitive to people with different theological, denominational, and cultural backgrounds.
