Church: Grace United Methodist Church, Fergus Falls, MN Position: Youth and Family Ministry Director Job Description: The Youth Director is responsible for programming and outreach designed to help young people grow their relationship with Jesus Christ and the United Methodist Church. Primary responsibilities: Provide an example of Christian morals and behavior. This includes attending Sunday worship at Grace United Methodist Church; In consultation with the YAT, organize and lead activities for church youth in grades 5-12. Examples include Wednesday evening meetings, retreats, Bible studies, special services and mission trips designed to enhance the youth’s relationship with Christ; With the leadership of the YAT, recruit and lead volunteers to assist with the youth and family activities; Have reasonable availability to serve as a spiritual guide for the youth.
