We are currently looking for a Part-time Director of Children and Family Ministries who would work 15 hours per week. Key Characteristics: We are looking for a leader who can develop a comprehensive children's ministry consistent with the church's existing mission and vision. This person must be assertive and able to make decisions related to the ministry. In addition, we are looking for someone who values a team mentality and can lead, manage and train an invested lay team, while being a strong recruiter within the church. This person will also be adept and enthusiastic about integrating new families as well as training and encouraging parents in the discipleship of their children. Another ambition of the Children's Ministry is for the Director to be integral in the building of bridge with local communities.
