Church: International Falls Covenant Church, 1631 1st ave E, International Falls, MN 56649 Position: Student Ministries Summer Intern Job Description: Student Summer Staff shall serve as a summer staff person accountable to the Pastor to students, who will serve as supervisor. He/she shall be responsible to the Pastor to Students who will serve as supervisor. He/she also is responsible to the Church Leadership Team to operate within the program and policies of International Falls Covenant Church. He/she shall be available to assist with general pastoral responsibilities as needed and agreed upon. Ministry has the purpose of reaching students with gospel, teaching students in discipleship, and training students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Student Ministry Summer Staff gain training in youth ministry, spiritual life; and practical supervised experience in hands-on youth ministry settings. This will provide a base for service in the church either as lay workers or career Christian ministers.
