We are a growing, multi-generational congregation, located in a rural community in southwest Minnesota. This is a full-time position, salaried with benefits. Job Description: The Minister of Congregational Care, or “Care Pastor” is to assist BCC in the task of making disciples and fulfilling the Great Commission & Commandment by providing and coordinating loving care in the name of Jesus as a testimony of His love for the world. 
Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral care to the sick & grieving
• Equip the Care & Prayer Team to assist in the ministry
• Conduct funerals
• Provide pastoral counseling
• Serve as part of the Staff Team
• Be part of the BCC & Buffalo Community
