Job Description: Woodbury Baptist Church is a growing American Baptist congregation of 225 members and worshipers. We are seeking a half-time (20-25 hours/week) Ministry Area Leader for Faith Development to serve all ages of the congregation. Eighty children birth through grade six participate in weekly Sunday School classes and a volunteer base of 45 teachers rotate on a monthly basis. The church staff includes a FT Senior Pastor, FT Youth Pastor, FT Worship Pastor, and FT Office Manager. Northwood Church recently purchased 21 acres of land in north Maple Grove and is planning to build her first ministry facility within 3–5 years.
