TL552A-C Supervisor Evaluation of Internship

One of the keys to effective ministry is accurate self-knowledge. Paul speaks of this in Romans 12:3 "Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with sober judgment..." With this in mind rate yourself on the categories listed and give some time to ponder your ratings in light of your ministry goals and the experiences of this internship.

P = Poor: performance unsatisfactory; needs considerable improvement

F = Fair: below average; performance needs improvement

G = Good: average, dependable, satisfactory performance
