Dear Internship Supervisor,

Thank you for helping the faculty at Bethel Seminary San Diego in the training of men and women for ministry. Your role as a supervisor and mentor is a very significant part of the student's preparation. Without your partnership, the student's formation for ministry would not be complete.

I know this will take some of your valuable time and energy, but I also trust that you will be rewarded by seeing the student's progress. Most of us can remember and identify individuals who helped us with our spiritual formation and personal preparation for ministry. In the same way, you may cast a "long shadow" by investing time now in a person called of God for present and future ministry. Your influence can be after the pattern of Paul to Timothy.
