Students will:
- enjoy the unique design and purpose of the cohort and an opportunity to meet and interact with fellow students as
- well as the cohort mentor; understand the theory and practice of transformational servant
- leadership in a rapidly changing world; engage the issues and models relevant to the practice of effective
- leadership development; consider the foundational principles of self-leadership in which leaders learn to attend to the personal and spiritual
- dimensions of the inner life; explore the essential theories and practices associated with the effective use of teams;
- develop an appreciation for and knowledge of leadership communication as an essential skill necessary for effecting organizational culture and change.
