Dr. Minoa Chang earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University - San Diego. She has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety disorders, and chronic mental illnesses, as well as religious/spiritual and cultural issues. She can also perform psychological evaluations ("testing") of children and adults.

Dr. Chang has been a therapist for a decade and a half, currently working mainly with adults. She offers her services in Spanish and Portuguese, as well. Dr. Chang teaches graduate psychology and counseling courses, supervises counseling interns, and is a frequent guest lecturer/speaker. Her involvement in Christian Education has her leading Bible Studies and conducting seminars on different topics at churches. Prior to moving to the USA, Dr. Chang practiced Medicine in Brazil.
