Bethel Seminary
Seminary Village is an on-campus housing community consisting of three apartment buildings where either single or married students can reside during their time at Bethel Seminary. The apartments provide year-round housing. The cost of rent includes all utilities (heat, water, phone, wireless internet, etc.) except for electricity.
An excellent group of student leaders (called 'Seminary Village Hosts') provide leadership and event planning for on-campus residents. Rent is comparable to rates at other similar apartment complexes in the area (see costs for more details).
