Director of Supervised Ministry and Placement
Meland joined Bethel’s staff after twenty-five years in government management. His primary duties include directing Bethel Seminary's assessment program, supervising internships and field education, and working with mentored leadership development and spiritual formation. He coordinates projects to research, assess, and develop theological field education models. In addition to his role at Bethel, he remains active with several parachurch boards along with non-profit development and fundraising.
