Discussion group with instructorCurrent Technology

Bethel provides computer software and guidance to ensure rapid transfer of information between students and project advisors, and among students themselves. This facilitates frequent interaction among persons in the program and timely feedback relating to student work. Students are strongly encouraged to use online resources.

DiscussionEducational Advising

Each student is assigned a project advisor who has experience related to the student's field of study and who reviews, approves, and grades all projects, including the thesis. Advisors are selected based on their ministry experience and expertise in specific ministry concentrations associated with Bethel's doctoral program.

InstructorCollegial Support

Bethel emphasizes the relational dimension of learning through the formation of colleague groups (clusters of students with similar ministry interests). Interaction between these students results in networks of relationships that flourish between campus visits.
